How we use your information

Apex Bars & Events Ltd runs this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and to talk about the event or job you asked about. It is stored by our website host (Netlify) and in our email. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics or marketing cookies are set unless you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, we use:

Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people read, where visitors come from and which links and videos are used. Data is aggregated and IP addresses are not stored.
Microsoft Clarity for anonymised heatmaps and session recordings that show how the site is used. Text you type into forms is masked.
Meta Pixel (when active) so that we can show Apex posts and adverts to people who have visited this site on Instagram and Facebook, and measure whether they led to an enquiry.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining does not affect anything on the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Email steve@apexbarsandevents.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
