Brand partners

We bring the brands with us

Most bar operators sell you drinks. We can also bring a brand partner's budget and kit onto your site.

Steve and Dan spent their careers on the brand side of these deals, and our partner SBS already runs activation for the UK's biggest drinks brands. We know which brands are buying, what they will pay for and how the deal is structured.

Worth to youActivation spend offsets the bar build. Your event gets a better looking bar, a name brand on site, and revenue that would otherwise never reach it.

Questions we get asked

The things event owners want to know first

Straight answers to the questions that come up on every first call.

Do you do food as well?

Yes. We can run food and drink together as one village, which is how we operate the Mound and the Highland Show. We work with a small group of street food traders we know and trust, so the food matches the bar on quality and speed. If you already have caterers in place, we'll work alongside them.

Who holds the licence?

We do. We apply for the occasional licence, put personal licence holders on site and take on the compliance, the conditions and the relationship with the licensing board and Police Scotland. You are not carrying the licensing risk.

How and when do we get paid?

That depends on the deal: a fixed concession fee, a share of turnover, or a guarantee plus a share above it. Whichever you choose, you see live sales data during the event and we settle within seven days of it closing.

Can we keep our existing sponsors and suppliers?

Yes. If you already have a pouring partner or a headline sponsor, we build the bar around them. If you have categories unsold, we can sell them for you. See our sponsorship page for how that works.

What size of event do you take on?

From a single bar at a few thousand capacity to a full site with multiple bars and 250,000 guests over four days. The kit is modular, so we scale the build to the event rather than turning up with the same bar every time.

How far ahead do we need to book?

The earlier the better for summer dates, since our own calendar fills first. For a new event we like to walk the site at least three months out so there's time for licensing and build planning. Shorter is possible, so ask.
